Full Auto Stud/Track Machine

1.Specification

1.1 Material thickness  0.55-0.8mm, GI coil, 0.5mm as standard testing thickness

From coil Roll forming Automatic servo trace –punching –cut-off after sizing to auto packing

3.1 double- arms type uncoiler: one unit.

3.4 By adjusting the central screw, to reduce or enlarge the inner diameter of the coil.

4. Roll Forming Machine

4.1 Shaft diameter       50mm, use S45C material with high frequency surface treatment and grinding process              

4.2 Roller Material:          Cr12, Use the material of SKD11 with vacuum heat treatment. Hardness up to HRC 58 - 61°, including crunched rollers

4.3 Stations:                     14 stations                    

4.4 Transmission:             gearbox on each station

4.5Forming speed:          70-80m/min  

-Production rate for product without hole numbers, base on length of 3M, the speed will be about 70-80meter, and it comes out about 20-23 pieces per minute.

-Production rate for product with 3 holes, base on length of 3M x thickness 0.4-0.6mm, it comes out

about 20-23 pieces per minute.

- Production rate for product with 3 holes, base on length of 3M x thickness 0.6-1.0mm, it comes out about 15-17 pieces per minute.

5 Hydraulic punching and cutting

5.1 Material of blade or mold:   SKD11, vacuum heat treatment, Hardness up to HRC 58 - 61°, wear-resistance, good rigid structure, Special design of punching and cutting holder with facilitated design to release and change the cutting and punching die sets. Two punching sets for two different holes drawings per given below:

 

5.2 Power : 5.5 kw x 2

5.3 flying cut and punch one punching tools to make 3 holes, with never slow down speed 70-80m/min;
